The nose is deep and rich with allspice, oak char, herbal tea, caramel, and orange peel. The palate starts sweet with vanilla, cinnamon, and graham cracker, quickly followed by rye spice and mint. The finish is long-lasting, herbaceous, and sweet with butterscotch and clove, leading to tobacco. At 105.9 proof, this is a perfect pour to enjoy neat.
